Private by design: your health answers never leave your device

Quick answer
Everything you enter in our symptom checker, diary, period tracker, hot flash counter and quizzes is stored only in your own browser, using localStorage or IndexedDB. Nothing is sent to our servers. Our analytics count that a tool was opened or finished, never what you answered. You can export or delete your data at any time.
How it works
Our tools run inside your browser. When you log a hot flash or answer a checker question, the data is saved on your phone or computer, in the browser's own storage (localStorage or IndexedDB). It is not uploaded, not synced to an account, and not visible to us.
That means:
- No account needed. You never give us a name, email or phone number to use a tool.
- We cannot see your data, so we cannot lose it, sell it or hand it over.
- Doctor reports are made on your device. When you export a Health Report or printable summary, the file is created in your browser. You choose who sees it.
What our analytics see
We measure a few things so we know which tools are useful:
- a tool was opened
- a tool was completed
- a report was exported
- a calendar reminder was added
- an embed code was copied
- a partner link (/go/) was clicked
That is all. Analytics events never include your answers, symptom scores, values, dates, period dates or anything about your body.
Export, move and delete
Each tracker has a "Your data" panel where you can:
- Export your data as a file (to keep a backup or to move to a new phone).
- Import that file on another device.
- Delete everything in one tap, with a confirmation step.
Clearing your browser data also deletes it. If you use a private or incognito window, the tools still work for that session, but nothing is kept when you close it.
Things to know
- Shared phones. Anyone who uses your phone and browser can open the tools and see what is stored. If you share a device, delete your data after use or use a private window.
- Lost phone, lost data. Because we do not keep a copy, we cannot restore it. Export a backup if your diary matters to you.
- Partner sites are different. When you click through to book a consult or a lab test, that provider's own privacy policy applies to what you share with them.
The law we follow
The Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) treats health information as sensitive personal information. The simplest way to protect it is not to collect it, so we built our tools that way. Contact forms and correction requests never ask for health details.
Frequently asked questions
Do you store my symptom checker answers?
No. They are kept only in your browser on your device. We never receive them.
Can I use the diary on two phones?
Yes, by exporting your data from one and importing the file on the other. There is no automatic sync, because there is no account.
How do I delete my data?
Open the "Your data" panel in the tool and choose delete everything. Clearing your browser's site data also removes it.
Do your analytics track my health?
No. We count tool opens, completions, exports and partner link clicks only. No answers, values or dates.
Is my data protected under Philippine law?
Health data is sensitive personal information under RA 10173. We avoid collecting it at all, which is the strongest protection.
